Staff's behavior.

This hotel is a scam. When I arrived they said air con is broken and told me they will give me a fan instead and said nothing can be done. There were many guests in the same situation as me when I arrived. They told me to go to other hotels instead. I asked for refund and they said they will give. But now booking.com said the hotel will not give any refund. This is such a scam. Do not stay here. This hotel has changed owner and now it is a scam! Terrible service! I paid for air con room and they want to give me a fan instead!! This hotel should be banned from the website!
